Cancellation Policy

The short version

The retainer is month-to-month. There's no long-term contract: cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.

Cancelling the retainer

Email hello@futiris.com — that counts as written notice, and the 30 days start the day we receive it. Work and billing continue through the notice period, then stop. If the notice period ends partway through a billing month, the last bill is prorated to that date. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancelling implementation

You can cancel an implementation project before work begins for a full refund. Once work begins, the implementation fee isn't refundable.

Rescheduling a consultation

Need a different time? Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation, or email hello@futiris.com. Rescheduling is free; the consultation fee itself isn't refundable.

When we end an engagement

FUTIRIS works as a partner. If the fit stops being right, we can end a retainer with the same 30 days' written notice, and we'll see the notice period through properly.

What happens at the end

You keep full access to your ad accounts, data and reporting history. We remove our own access to your accounts, hand over anything your proposal says is yours, and close out cleanly.
